2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you browse the Website, create an account, place an order, contact us, subscribe to communications, request a return or repair, or otherwise interact with us.

3. Personal Data We May Collect

  • Identity and contact data, such as name, title, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number.

  • Account data, such as login details, account preferences, saved addresses, wishlist information and order history.

  • Order and transaction data, such as products purchased, size or personalisation choices, amounts, payment status, delivery information, returns, exchanges and complaints.

  • Payment-related data. Full card details are normally processed directly by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by us, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Communications, including emails, customer-service messages, product enquiries, repair requests and feedback.

  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring source, timestamps and cookie or consent preferences.

  • Marketing preferences, including newsletter subscriptions and consent records.

  • Fraud-prevention and security information where reasonably necessary to protect customers, transactions and the Website.

4. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you when you submit information, create an account, order, contact us or exercise a legal right.

  • Automatically through essential technologies and, with consent where required, analytics, advertising or social-media technologies.

  • From service providers involved in payments, delivery, website hosting, security, communications and customer support.

  • From publicly available or lawful sources where necessary for fraud prevention, legal claims or compliance.

5. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data only where a lawful basis applies. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, steps requested before entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or your consent.

  • Order administration, payment confirmation, production, delivery, returns, repairs and customer service: contract performance and pre-contractual steps.

  • Accounting, tax, consumer-protection, product-safety and record-keeping duties: legal obligation.

  • Website security, fraud prevention, service improvement and defence of legal claims: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.

  • Newsletters, promotional communications and non-essential cookies: consent, where consent is required.

  • Responding to enquiries not connected with an existing order: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests, depending on the request.

6. Recipients and Service Providers

We may disclose data only as reasonably necessary to service providers acting for us or as independent controllers, including:

  • Wix.com and relevant hosting, website, account and e-commerce infrastructure providers.

  • Payment processors and financial institutions available at checkout.

  • Couriers, logistics partners, insurers and customs or delivery agents.

  • Email, newsletter, customer-support, cybersecurity, analytics and consent-management providers.

  • Accountants, auditors, professional advisers, public authorities, courts and regulators where legally required.

7. International Transfers

Some providers may process personal data outside Croatia or outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires safeguards, we will rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal duties. Indicative periods are:

  • Order, invoice, accounting and tax records: for the period required by Croatian law.

  • Customer-service, complaints, returns, repairs and legal claims: for the applicable limitation period and any necessary additional defence period.

  • Account data: while the account remains active and for a limited period afterwards, unless earlier deletion is required or longer retention is legally justified.

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer needed, subject to retaining a suppression record where necessary.

  • Cookie and consent records: for the duration stated in the Cookie Policy or consent platform.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR and applicable Croatian law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

To exercise a right, contact info@raffaellamannelli.com. We may request information necessary to verify identity and will respond within the legally required period.

10. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka - AZOP) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority in the European Economic Area. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can address the issue promptly.

11. Children

The Website and its products are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children for independent use of the Website. Customers placing orders must satisfy the eligibility requirements in our Sales Conditions.

12. Automated Decisions

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means unless this is expressly disclosed and permitted by law. Payment and fraud-prevention providers may use automated checks under their own policies.
