1. Purpose and Identity

This Code of Ethics states the values and standards guiding UNPRECEDENTED STREAM INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. in its use and commercial development of the RAFFAELLA MANNELLI brand. RAFFAELLA MANNELLI is available to the company under a separate gratuitous-use arrangement.

The Code applies to directors, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, contractors and commercial partners to the extent relevant to their work with the company and brand.

2. Integrity and Compliance

We conduct business honestly, transparently and in accordance with applicable Croatian, European Union and international laws. We reject fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, conflicts concealed from the company and any improper advantage.

3. Product Integrity and Responsible Communication

• Describe materials, finishes, dimensions, origin and stones accurately and without misleading claims.

• Distinguish clearly between natural and laboratory-grown diamonds and provide certification information where applicable.

• Respect the handcrafted and individual character of products while maintaining appropriate quality controls.

• Avoid unsupported environmental, ethical, medical or performance claims.

• Correct material errors promptly and communicate transparently with customers and partners.

4. Customers

We treat customers fairly, respectfully and without discrimination. We provide clear pre-contractual information, protect mandatory consumer rights, handle complaints in good faith and seek fair solutions to genuine product or service problems.

5. Human Dignity and Working Standards

We respect internationally recognised human rights and reject forced labour, child labour, harassment, abuse, unsafe working conditions and unlawful discrimination. We expect suppliers and partners to apply standards consistent with these principles and applicable labour law.

6. Responsible Sourcing

We seek responsible and traceable sourcing appropriate to our materials and supply chain. Suppliers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable rules concerning precious materials, diamonds, product safety, sanctions, customs and trade.

Where laboratory-grown diamonds are used, they must be represented accurately as laboratory-grown and never presented as natural diamonds.

7. Environment and Durability

We aim to reduce unnecessary waste, use materials thoughtfully, design for durability where practicable and avoid exaggerated sustainability claims. Environmental statements should be specific, supportable and periodically reviewed.

8. Fair Competition and Business Relationships

We compete fairly, respect contractual commitments and confidential information, and do not seek commercial advantage through deception, collusion, unlawful market conduct or misuse of another party’s intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property and Creative Work

The RAFFAELLA MANNELLI name, identity, designs, images and creative materials must be used only with appropriate authorisation. The company’s authorised use of the brand must be respected in contracts, communications and commercial activity.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal data and confidential business information must be collected, used, stored and disclosed only for legitimate purposes and with appropriate safeguards. Access must be limited to those who need the information for their work.

11. Conflicts of Interest

Persons acting for the company should disclose actual or potential conflicts that could affect independent judgement. Business decisions must be made in the legitimate interests of the company and brand, not for undisclosed personal benefit.

12. Gifts and Hospitality

Gifts, hospitality or benefits must never be offered or accepted to improperly influence a decision. Modest and lawful business courtesies may be acceptable where transparent, proportionate and consistent with applicable policies.

13. Reporting Concerns

Concerns about conduct inconsistent with this Code may be reported in good faith to info@raffaellamannelli.com. Reports will be considered responsibly and handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Retaliation against a person raising a genuine concern in good faith is not tolerated.

14. Implementation

The company may request contractual commitments, documentation, corrective measures or termination of a relationship where a serious or repeated breach is identified. The Code will be reviewed periodically and updated when the business or legal environment changes.
